These terms and conditions of sale provide information about the terms and conditions on which YourGreen Ltd sell any products to you. By visiting our website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Revisions to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time, any changes will be posted on this page and every time you order products from us the Terms and Conditions in force at that time will apply.
When placing an order you agree that all the information provided is accurate and complete. You will receive an order acceptance email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the product ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and refund any amount already paid to us.
YourGreen Ltd’s website and any of its sales and marketing literature are offered for informational purposes only. YourGreen Ltd shall not be responsible for the accuracy or availability and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in that information.
We will make every effort to deliver all products in the UK in accordance with the timescales set out on the website. Where this is not possible we will seek to notify you, the seller shall not be liable for any delay in the transit of goods howsoever occasioned. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the goods to the address provided. The products will be your responsibility upon completion of delivery, you own the products once we have received payment in full. Should any items be damaged in any way during transit if possible please refuse to accept delivery of the whole or damaged parts of the consignment and notify us within three days of the delivery of the goods. We will either replace the consignment (or the damaged parts of it) or issue a full refund for the returned items.
Children’s Gardening Week – Wildflower seed donations for schools
Starts on the 30th April 2021, the closing date is Friday 7th May 2021. 40 recipients will be chosen at random and will be contacted via email week commencing 10th May. The recipient of the donation must be registered as a school in the county of Shropshire, England, United Kingdom. Donation run by YourGreen Ltd. The donation consists of 1 x 50g pack of Space Saver wildflower seed mix. The donation will be either posted or personally delivered. YourGreen Ltd accepts no responsibility for the wildflower seeds once donated to the school. There is no cash alternative for the donated seed. Please note closing date is extended to 5pm on Monday 10th May 2021 due to issues receiving emails. Draw to take place Tuesday 11th May 2021.
