Revisions to Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time, any changes will be posted on this page and every time you order products from us the Terms and Conditions in force at that time will apply.

Order Acceptance

When placing an order you agree that all the information provided is accurate and complete. You will receive an order acceptance email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the product ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you by email and refund any amount already paid to us.

Accuracy

YourGreen Ltd’s website and any of its sales and marketing literature are offered for informational purposes only. YourGreen Ltd shall not be responsible for the accuracy or availability and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in that information.

Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver all products in the UK in accordance with the timescales set out on the website. Where this is not possible we will seek to notify you, the seller shall not be liable for any delay in the transit of goods howsoever occasioned. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the goods to the address provided. The products will be your responsibility upon completion of delivery, you own the products once we have received payment in full. Should any items be damaged in any way during transit if possible please refuse to accept delivery of the whole or damaged parts of the consignment and notify us within three days of the delivery of the goods. We will either replace the consignment (or the damaged parts of it) or issue a full refund for the returned items.

E-gift card terms & conditions 

E-gift card redemption:

Gift cards are not valid against the purchase of more gift cards.Gift cards can be used as whole or part payment for a transaction with the balance being paid by another accepted method.If you do not spend the entire amount of the gift card the remaining balance will be updated after your purchase and the balance can be used against future purchases.E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.E-gift cards are not eligible for discounted offers and cannot be refunded.The gift card is not a credit, debit or charge card. YourGreen cannot be held liable for lost e-gift cards.

E-gift card validity:

Your gift card will expire 100 days after the date of issue, any remaining balance is cancelled on expiry of the validity period.For balance enquiries,please contact the YourGreen team.

YourGreen Ltd reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights at law (for instance under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes that offer a percentage off can be used in combination with free delivery promo codes, but cannot be combined with other percentage off promo codes. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Promo codes are not valid on Gift Cards.

To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order.
